Decision based on Audit Authority recommendation and Subsidy Contract § 13.
The Managing Authority (MA) has started the Recovery procedure based on Audit Authority recommendation for the partner 6 Vessel Traffic Services Finland. According to the Audit report, partner claimed ineligible Swedish VAT costs from two invoices. The EfficientFlow project report no 6 for partner 6 included 1 352,96€ VAT costs.
Based on the Subsidy Contract § 13, the MA reclaims ineligible ERDF assistance 1 014,72€ that was paid out by the MA during the year 2021 on reporting period 6. Also, approved national public co-financing is reduced by 338,24€ of the partner 6 budget.
The repayment shall be made by 8th of December 2022.
