The Managing Authority (MA) has started the Recovery procedure based on Audit Authority recommendation for the partner 4 Baltijas Vides Forums.
According to the Audit report, partner claimed associated partner no 6 Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia employee costs from project budget which are not eligible. Based on the Subsidy Contract § 13, the MA reclaims ineligible ERDF assistance 317,13€ that was paid out by the MA during the spring 2023 on reporting period 5. The repayment shall be made by 8th of December 2023.
